I have been extremely well pleased with the work they have done on my 2008 Impala SS and with the way they treat their customers. I will continue to use them in the future.

A big shout out to James for assisting us in getting our damaged tail gate open and off our truck. We are from out of town and didn't know what or where to go to get help. Even though they could have easily sent us down the road. James came out took a look at our predicament and assisted us so we can make it back home. I highly recommend this business.

Fixed my door and sunroof and researched my warranty regarding other issue. Went above and beyond! Even added oil for me!

This review is only for the body work I had done on my vehicle (2-2023). No mechanical engine work. I specifically asked for three things to be fixed on the vehicle. A&A performed a vehicle inspection and charged me for it, which I did not ask for. They took it off the bill and charged me just for what I had requested. When I went to pick up the vehicle, one of the repairs wasn't done correctly, and I had to leave the vehicle for them to fix it again. They were very understanding and even drove my vehicle to my house for delivery later on that day. I wanted to leave a five star review, but with these two issues, it brought it down to two Stars. I wanted very much to leave a better review since this place is extremely clean and slick. I haven't had a vehicle repaired at a shop in years and their prices are high but I guess in line with the cost of everything nowadays

Exceptional work and customer service. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

This facility has great promise! Will bring my vehicles back for future repairs.
