Ocean Springs Auto Repair

After having a fuel injector service at large franchise mechanic shop that I wont name, my engine light came on 3 different times. After each display notification I took it back to the shop where I had the service done I was told that it was a problem that required testing that they could not perform due to not having the equipment to detect the actual problem. I did what most frustrated car owner do and googled shops in my local area of Ocean Springs Ms and found A&A automotive Repair Shop. Their reviews led me to try them and I was left very impressed and they were left with a new customer. The guys there were very professional and knowledgeable. I was expecting for them to have my vehicle for a few days and to my surprise they got it fixed the same day. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch. On top of that I found out that they guarantee there work for 3 yrs or 36k miles. The level of customer service given to me was impeccable and second to none. The only shop in the area we trust. We even stopped taking our new car to the Honda dealership in Gulfport for routine maintenance covered under warranty (oil, rotations, etc) because A&A is just flat out superior.

Visiting from South Carolina and vehicle broke down 3 miles from A&A. A Google search led me to them, and their great reviews tell the truth! A&A referred me to a towing business which was 1/2 cheaper than another place I called. I was nervous about being in an unfamiliar town so far from home, but Eddie and Alex kept in constant communication about the status of my vehicle. They were professional and provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave me their anticipated diagnostic time, and then the anticipated repair time; and they actually repaired my vehicle (fuel pump replacement) earlier than expected- less than 24 hours after having it towed to them. Certified service with warranty. It was absolute luck that I broke down so close to A&A. I could not have asked for a better breakdown experience! 😆 THANK YOU to Eddie, Alex, and all the great folks working there who got us back on the road!
