Ocean Springs Auto Repair

This is something in all my years of being an honest mechanic I could never believe at my age,, coming across a mechanic that's honest and feels responsible for the quality the of repairs they do and the jobs they are responsible for and are not afraid to make things right if something slipped by, even after 15 months from our last contact. I received an email from A&A Automotive repair in Ocean Springs MS wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving and I just went ahead and did a review because I was already upset and angry with some family we lost and and at the same time i was near broke because we just got us a house to spend our last years in and didn't even have enough left for a thanks giving meal for my wife and i so we were just going to have to make it until Friday somehow. A short while later my phone rang and it was Mr. James at A&A auto saying he had found my review and was concerned about what happened and pulled up my repairs and other info and found a couple of things he wasn't happy about, and to my very much floored self-asked me to let him give me a refund. That is good business even if it slipped by which was my fault for not calling Mr. James, but i didn't know and just let it go. so please people if i ever have another problem i will head straight to a place i know for a fact is HONEST and great management that will make you feel like you don't have to go anywhere else for repairs A&A is the place to go Thanks very much for everything

A&A Automotive is a very professional automotive shop. They have a clean, organized reception area and very clean (from what I could see) shop area. In addition to investigating the issue that you brought your vehicle to them for, they provide a comprehensive assessment of your vehicle - which you pay for - that is provided via email as a succint report along with an estimate for the work in which you can pick and choose what you want done. In my dealings with A&A, I felt they were honest and fair. I like that they are appointment driven due to their high demand and get the work done promptly.

I have been using A&A for as long as I can remember. James has always been attentive to my car's needs. He and his employees have been efficient in there work. If multiple things need work he has told me what has to be done immediately and what can wait if funds are low. I am so happy for James now that he has been able to take the next step in expanding his shop. His staff is just great. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 stars I would search for around 30 stars.

Everyone was very nice and answered all the questions I had. They fixed some things that would be an issue in the future as well as the things already wrong. This was my first time using your services, so really didn't know what to expect. I will use you again.

If you are looking for a reputable place to take your car stop searching and just go here. These guys are incredible. When you drive up and there's a pristine 79 Firebird somebody has trusted with these guys you know it's good. I dropped off my LS swapped 92 Firebird GTA with these guys after being stumped on a clutch hydraulics issue and when I got it back it felt like a new car. Great communication with the staff who set expectations ahead of time, gave me an accurate estimate for repair, and kept me updated along the way. A friend of mine took his Dodge RAM there with an engine tick and they quickly diagnosed and fixed it. He also only recommends these guys. They're good. And on top of it all it cost less than I was expecting.

Absolutely amazing place! Subarus from what I know a lot of people don’t work on them other than the dealership. And I was confident when I pulled up and saw they had an outback sitting there. And many other cars that can be “hard” to work on. They were super thorough and even allowed my brother who is a mechanic (from a different state) to talk with them and add a few things while the engine was already open. Super kind people aswell. I felt very comfortable with those who were working there and very reasonable priced compared to a dealership to get my head gaskets done. Thank yall so much! I highly recommend them!
