Caddy wouldn't start. Drew at A&A was tenacious as the cause was a mystery. But, eventually he tracked it down and got it working!

I was referred to this family owned business by a friend who is a mechanic, which says something to begin with. I live in Mobile so driving over wasn’t my first choice, but it was hard to find someone along the coast who would work on my old Jeep. I needed someone who would replace the engine, which they did, in addition to a number of other things, so many I was tired of checking them off for this review. When I picked the Jeep up, I asked them to service my truck and replace the tires etc. They did. The bottom line is, they provide great service and pricing, they’re good people, and I would without hesitation highly recommend using them if you have any issues. The next time I do, I will make the drive.

My wife took our truck in to have some work done and was taken advantage of for being a female So she took our truck in to have some rear end work done and they were supposed to do both sides and they only did one side and still charged me for doing both and when we asked the owner about it he was too busy trying to lie to us instead of trying to work things out so with all that being said I feel like they stole $750 from me and I plan on taking them to court and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Edward when we talked I explained that we did change both rear axle bearings and seals. We did not take advantage of your wife and do not take advantage of women. When we spoke I said to bring the vehicle back and we would take it back apart and show that the bearings and seals were replaced. The bearings that were replaced were bad and the vehicle had a roaring noise from the old bearings and gear oil leak. After the bearings were replace the rear differential noise was gone. I would be happy to take the vehicle apart to satisfy your doubts and show you the invoice for the parts that were purchased for the repairs that were done on your vehicle.
