My car was behaving oddly, so I made an appointment with the folks here. Within an hour of having it in their shop, they had diagnosed the issue, and called me to discuss next steps. It turns out that the issue was something that was under warranty, so Drew began the process of getting all the details to make sure any work would be covered by warranty. It turns out that the folks who installed the part hadn't registered everything properly. Drew took the initiative on my behalf to go ahead and register everything so it would be covered. Unfortunately, it turned out that the manufacturer of the part wouldn't cover labor done here. So we ended up having to have it towed to a shop that was covered by the warranty. Drew even recommended a local towing company with good rates AND called the other shop to make sure they'd be able to get our car in quickly. When I inquired about how much I owed, the kind and generous folks here said that I didn't owe them anything. So, while I can't review the actual skill of the folks who work here regarding repairs, I absolutely can attest to the level of customer service here being absolutely fantastic!
